We collect essential traveler information including ID proofs, dietary preferences, and medical history to ensure safety during expeditions.

II. GPS & Location Tracking

During active safaris, we use satellite tracking for guest safety. This data is deleted immediately upon completion of the tour.

III. Third-Party Partners

Your data is shared only with mandatory forest department authorities and insurance providers under strict confidentiality agreements.

IV. Digital Media

Photos taken by our official naturalists may be used for marketing only with explicit written consent from the guests featured.

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Cancellation

Safari permits are non-transferable and subject to government regulations. Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip are subject to a 50% fee.

2. Wildlife Interaction

Guests must strictly follow the guide's instructions. Entering prohibited zones or feeding animals results in immediate expulsion without refund.

3. Liability Waiver

Nature is unpredictable. While we maintain the highest safety standards, Fbangles Forest Safari is not liable for itinerary changes due to weather or animal movement.

4. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
